Responding to Critical Non-Conformances in Food Auditing: Exploiting Opportunities

Every once in a while, Auditors do an audit where they find Critical Non-conformances. Critical Non-conformance are severe and immediately compromise food safety.  If a Critical Non-conformance(s) is found, the Food Safety Auditor is required to report this to the responsible government agency (local government), as soon as practically possible.
