We design and implement Food Safety Programs (HACCP based) for food
businesses (catering, food retail etc) to meet the requirements of the Queensland
Food Act 2006 (or similar legislation of other states) and the accreditation
requirements of the local government authority.
Our primary clients are the food industry: food production, food
manufacture, food processing, catering and food retail.
We can assist our food production and food processing clients to meet export
requirements.
We are also pleased to accept contracts in other business areas, particularly for small
manufacturing firms and service industries.
We work collaboratively with you and your staff to develop and document your quality
management system as a comprehensive and user-friendly Quality Manual.
We document your procedures and/or work instruction s in user-friendly language and
assist you to design practical and easy to use record templates.
We assist you to produce a simpllified quality management system that meets all the
requirements of the ISO standards that are relevant to your enterprise.
We ensure that your system is easy to audit, both by your internal auditors (staff) and
external certification auditors.
In addition, we can provide Internal Audit and Quality Improvement Services for new and existing Quality
Management Systems and Food Safety Management Systems.
We can provide training in HACCP,
food safety and internal audit.
We provide services primarily to southern Queensland and northern New South
Wales, but are happy to travel to other states or overseas, if our services are
required elsewhere.

QMS Design, Development and Implementation
To design and develop your Food Safety Program, HACCP Plan, HACCP based Food Safety
Management System (ISO 22000: 2005) or other Quality Management Systems eg ISO 9001
(quality), ISO 14001 (environment) , ISO/IEC 17025 (laboratory) or Integrated Management
System) , we work collaboratively with your management and staff to produce
user-friendly and practical documentation - Quality Manual and records
system - that is understood and owned by your employees.
We do not re-invent wheels and will incorporate any systems (eg HACCP Plan,
environmental system) and record systems you have already implemented.
When documentatio is completed, we work with, train and mentor your staff to
implement the new Quality Management System (Food Safety Program, HACCP Plan, ISO
22000: 2005, ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001: 2004 , ISO/IEC 17025 or integrated).
We assist you to prepare for your audit for HACCP
certification /accreditation, food safety certification,
ISO 14000 certification, ISO 9001 certification or Integrated
Quality System certification.
This process may involve our performing one or more internal audits to
uncover gaps in your staff practices and knowledge. In addition, these internal
audits are a practical method to familiarise your staff with the audit
methodology used by external certification auditors, and ensure that tyour staff are
familiar with the quality system procedures and records and feel comfortable explaining
the use of the system to external auditors.
After your external audit for HACCP certification, ISO
22000 food safety certification, ISO 14001 certification, ISO
9001 certification or Integrated Quality System
certification, we make any improvements or modifications to your Quality
Management System documentation required by the accrediting/ licencing authority.
We also provide Internal Audit and Quality
Improvement Services, to assist you to manage or improve your established Quality
Management System (HACCP Plan, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 , ISO/IEC 17025 or
integrated quality management system).
